Presenter Instructions


Oral Presentations


Each paper is allocated a time slot of 30 minutes, 25 minutes of which for the presentation, and the remaining 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The conference room is equipped with a data projector with a VGA (D-Sub15/DE-15F) connector. Please bring your own PC, and make sure that the PC can be surely connected to the projector before your session starts. If your PC does not have a VGA port, you are requested to prepare for a suitable adaptor by yourself.


Poster Presentations


Each paper in a poster session will be provided with a board that can hold a poster up to 90 cm width x 210 cm height (see a board example). Adhesive material will be provided for mounting the posters to the boards. A presenting author is expected to be available in front of the poster for the entire duration of the poster session. There will be no summaries given at the start of the poster session, so authors do not need to prepare any slides.

Oral presentations are held in Winc Hall located at the 2nd floor of the venue, and poster sessions are held at the foyer in front of Winc Hall (see a map of the 2nd floor).
