For Submission of Tutorial Proposals

NOTICE:
Due to misconfiguration of the system, we couldn't accept proposals to our old E-mail address. We extend the deadline and our new E-mail address is ready. Please send your proposals to the new address again.

Please contact to Tutorial Chairs by sending your proposal including Title/Abstract to pcs2010.tutorial@gmail.com before August 31.

About 45 minutes will be assigned for a single tutorial. Proposals regarding the following topics are welcome.

(1) Image Quality Evaluation
(2) New Paradigms in Video Coding
