Registration Detail

All registered persons can attend both PCS and Workshop.

There are two kinds of categories, category A and category B, for registration. Category B is only for student authors of the workshop.

Each accepted paper of PCS MUST have one regular registration at category A1 or A2 by October 15.

Each accepted paper of the workshop MUST have one registration by November 8.

Student authors of the workshop can choose the registration at category A3 or B.
Student authors who have papers in both PCS and workshop MUST register at category A3 (when one of co-authors completes regular registration for his/her accepted paper).
Others MUST register at category A1 or A2.

Category-A

Includes PCS & Workshop CDs and PCS Banquet.

Note: If this is the registration for your accepted paper, please write your Paper ID in "Remarks" of the online registration page as follows: "Symposium: xxxx" or "Workshop: xxxx", where xxxx is your Paper ID. Since one accepted paper needs one registration, please write only one Paper ID.

No-Show Policy

Failure to register before the deadline (Oct.15) will result in automatic withdrawal of the paper from the proceedings and the program. Failure to present the paper at the Symposium will result in exclusion from the IEEE Xplore.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

All cancellations must be made in writing by email to ngo-event@or.knt.co.jp. Author registrations are non-cancellable. All other cancellations received on or before November 8, 2010, will be subject to a 5,000JPY cancellation fee. No refund will be made after November 8, 2010.

Visa Information

If you need an invitation letter to obtain a visa to Japan, please send an e-mail request with your registration ID ("5xxx") provided by the online registration system to pcs2010@yahoogroups.jp.
