Welcome Party

17:00-18:00, December 7, 2010, at Winc Aichi

Welcome party will be held for both WPCIP and PCS attendees at Room 1301, the 13th floor, of the venue. Drinks with light snacks will be served.

Welcome Reception

19:30-21:30, December 8, 2010, at Tokugawa-en

Welcome reception of the PCS 2010 will be held at Tokugawa-en on December 8. Tokugawa-en is a traditional style Japanese garden, also known as "Daimyo" garden. Near to this place, the Tokugawa Art Musium and the Hosa Library, City of Nagoya, are located. Tokugawa-en is about 5km away from the meeting place, Winc Aichi, to the east Shuttle buses from the venue to Tokugawa-en will be provided. Gathering time is 18:30 to 18:50, and gathering place is ground fllor lobby of the venue.

Banquet

19:00-21:00, December 9, 2010, at Hilton Nagoya Hotel

The PCS 2010 banquet will be held at the 5th floor, Hilton Nagoya Hotel on December 9. Hilton Nagoya Hotel (mark B) is located within 5-minute walk from Fushimi subway station or 15-minite walk from the meeting place, Winc Aichi (mark A). If you have difficulty to walk or need any assistance, please inform the registration desk in advance.
